I mentioned Jan’s closing earlier this past week and wanted to share a little more about it!
Jan found me online, out of the blue. She had been thinking about taking advantage of the hot market and seeing what she could get for her house. She gave me a call, I came over and put together a CMA for her and she liked what she saw! We listed a week later, and she got even more for her house than she’d been hoping for.
I wear a lot of different “hats” as an agent, and each client needs a different set of hats from me. Jan and I really hit our stride as a team (because who wants to feel like they’re going through this process alone?) and I’m still beaming over her feedback.
