The Selling Experience

Selling your home can be just as emotional or complicated as buying a home. Maybe you’re selling to upgrade to your dream home, or downsize as you enter the empty nester phase. Maybe you’re selling because you’re going through a divorce, or working through a loved one’s estate. I always do my best to handle the logistics so you don’t need to worry about it.

So We're Listing Your Home

There are lots of reasons you might be ready to sell your home, or to consider it – maybe you think you’ve built up enough equity that you want to leverage it for your next step-up house, or are looking for some more (or less!) square footage.

It might be a less exciting reason, and you’re looking to sell your house because you have to and are selling the house you shared with a former partner, or like a former client of mine, you were named the executor of a friend’s will and are working on selling their estate.

Whatever the reason may be, I take an immense amount of pride in being able to provide top shelf service and making the process as seamless as possible, while ensuring you get top dollar for your home in as little time as possible.

How do we start?

If you’re just curious about the market, the best place to start is getting a personalized home valuation which I can put together for you by collecting just a little bit of information about your house. If you prefer, I am always happy to hop on a call or meet (virtually or in-person) before we get started.

Your Personalized Home Valuation

Unlike many home valuation systems that take a best guess approximation, I prepare a personalized home valuation based on the specifics of the local market and comparable homes.

My friend passed away in July and I became executrix after the listed executrix could not do the job. My question was…the mortgage. I finally found the paperwork and found that the home was in default. Jordan was ready to list, and we found out that a Foreclosure was eminant. He spent the afternoon in which he had actually listed the home on the phone with the foreclosure and collections people. He was able to show them that the home was, indeed sold, having received 3 offers. We sold to the parents of the family who lived next door. Couldn’t be cooler….
Jordan spent the time and compassion to understand that a home isn’t just a house. Even with the owner passed on, he was able to bring love to the home and settlement to the beneficiaries listed by my friend.
I consider Jordan, not only the most honest, and aware of the issued of the home, but as a friend.”

Jordan worked hard to get me a great deal on purchasing a house seven years ago, and recently sold the house at a tremendous profit! He’s hardworking, explores all avenues of purchasing and sellling, and works tirelessly to close the deal. Best agent I ever worked with.”
