Jordan was incredible during the entire process of selling our property! He was incredibly professional and on top of things, with a laid back and easy to get along with personality. Kelsey and my wife have been friends since they were teenagers. Kevin and I eventually entered the picture and the four of us have developed really awesome friendships, the sort that you kind of just “do” life together with. In 2018, they added a little one to their family and it’s been a special experience to be Tío Jordan to their little guy.
Kevin was stationed on Whidbey Island with the Navy when he met Kelsey, so they decided to have her move down to the island when they settled down, leaving her Bellingham condo as an investment property that they rented out to tenants for a few years. After deciding to move their family down to Utah, they decided to take advantage of this incredible seller’s market and sell their condo. It was a real pleasure to represent their interests as clients as well as friends.
