The first thing we liked about Jordan was that he wasn’t too “realtor-esque” and we told him so. We never felt like he was trying to sell us on anything or that he was not being authentic. That was really nice, as we don’t enjoy enduring a sales-man. He kept things simple, easy, and laid back. Then corona hit… then we got kicked out of our rental as it was sold out from under us… then we had a baby…. ALL IN A MONTH’S TIME. Jordan was our champ during a really chaotic month, he made himself available whenever we had a spare minute to look at places, was super informative about the process, helped us find a house that would fit our needs, and was straight forward about the ones that wouldn’t.

More chaos was added to the mess when our mortgage company lost our information AFTER we made an offer! Jordan pulled through again and help us get a timely close, and held our hands through the murky waters of escrow.

We can’t say enough good things about this guy! He’s a go getter if you need one, and a patient guide if you need to take your time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

– The Collins Family, First Time Home Buyers

New baby + moving can be stressful enough under normal circumstances. Throw in a pandemic and some extra little stressors along the way and the experience… well, it’s memorable!

As much as the Collins family was complimentary to me, I was equally impressed with the way they handled every curveball that was tossed their way.

They were extremely motived to find a home to bring the family together after being temporarily separated while Dad worked in SeaTac and Mom + Baby stayed with family over the mountains. I think their house is the perfect home for them, and it was a real pleasure working with these folks!
