A Mentorship Experience

Hunter joined Bellwether in 2018 right after passing his real estate licensure exam. He knew he needed some help getting started, but like many new agents, he didn’t want to commit to joining a team for various reasons. The mentorship program that I am able to offer through Bellwether made perfect sense.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all program; for Hunter, we didn’t spend a lot of time on the tech aspects of real estate because he was well-equipped and knowledgeable in that area already. Instead, we focused our learning on things like systems, the nitty gritty of contracts and what it takes to put together a competitive offer, and some of the basics like what you need to think about for a successful open house. He graduated the mentorship program in 2019 and has been a successful, independent agent at Bellwether since.

I can’t recommend Jordan enough. He is one of the main reasons I’ve been able to have the success I have had in this business. If you are looking for something with a little more freedom then a team model, but still needed that extra support that we all need as agents starting out, Jordan is your guy.
