About Me

Hi guys! I’m Jordan Hedlof and I have made my living selling real estate for the last 12 years. Often times people have mental images of what a real estate agent might look or act like, often times it looks a little something like the stereotypical used car salesman meets… well, you can fill in the blank!

I take a lot of pride in being the opposite of that. I’m a down to earth, approachable guy that wants to help people make their dreams of homeownership a reality. I also want to help people to realize how within reach it often times is!

Don’t let my lack of salesman-type personality deter you though. I am a highly competent negotiator and I’ll go to bat for you as my client. Not only do I have 12 years of my own transactions to lean on, I am also Co-Owner and Designated Broker of Bellwether Real Estate where I ensure that all ~50 of our agents’ contracts are buttoned up. What does that mean for you? It means my experience and knowledge is multiplied well beyond my years.

What else should you know about me?

I am the son of a first-generation immigrant from Mexico. Spanish was my first language, but most people don’t suspect that when they look at me! I truly believe that homeownership should be accessible to all individuals, and I am well aware of the disparities and discrimination that have and do exist. 

I grew up in Taos, New Mexico which (surprise!) is a famous ski town. Skiing was actually part of my school’s curriculum, and I spent my teenage years teaching young kids how to ski and snowboard. If anything will teach you patience, it’s chasing a dozen 3-4 year olds down a mountain! 

I love a good adrenaline rush! I try to hit up Galbraith or Chuckanut as often as I can, usually several times a week. When it’s not on a mountain bike, it’s on a pair of skis up at Baker or back in Taos when I visit my folks.

I’m a family man, and my wife and I love traveling together and exploring new places and cultures. We are new parents to a little boy and can’t wait to bring our little guy on our future travels together. When we aren’t out and about, you’ll find us at home binging the latest docuseries or hitting the trails for a beautiful hike. You’ll see lots of all of them on my instagram!
